Before becoming an independent consultant in 2011, Ben / Bharat worked in consulting environments and large transformation contexts, including project, program and portfolio work, PMOs, audits, policies, procedures, governance and complex corporate change. Since 2011, he has worked as a freelance consultant, trainer, coach and facilitator.

Today, Servant Leader Institute brings together professional project management competence, coaching, facilitation and transformative communication — without pretending that the corporate hamsterwheel is the highest form of human life.

He now lives and works between Europe and Portugal, choosing projects more consciously and focusing increasingly on experiential seminars, Transformative Communication and professional capability with a human pulse.

Ben / Bharat Berwing brings 20+ years of consulting, project management, coaching and facilitation experience from corporate environments including Telekom, Bayer, Hugo Boss, Generali and AXA — combined with a very conscious personal shift away from the corporate hamsterwheel toward simpler, more self-directed work.
