ICF Core Competencies

A structured path through the International Coaching Federation competency framework — not for box-ticking, but as a practical foundation for professional coaching conversations in real organizational contexts.

Transformative Communication

The listening and dialogue model developed by Davi B. Wolf and the Global Dharma Center. Addresses the inner obstacles to genuine listening: judgment, projection, and the need to be right.

Manager as Coach

Practical integration of coaching skills into day-to-day management: performance conversations, difficult feedback, team development, and the shift from being the expert to growing expertise in others.

Inner Work for Coaches

Coaching from a place of clarity requires inner development. This module uses Vedic psychology to address the ego-patterns that get in the way of genuine service — fixing, controlling, and being the hero.
